This is ideal for landlords who want to manage the Property themselves. This service is charged at 50% Plus VAT (60% Including VAT) of the First Months Rent.

Rent Collection Only

Hassle-free rent collection, monthly peace of mind.

This service is ideal for landlords who are happy to manage repairs and tenant relations but want help collecting rent. This service is charged at 8% Plus VAT (9.6% Including VAT) of the monthly rent collected. 

This service includes: All of the items listed in Let only plus below

✓ Collection and payment of rent to landlord
✓ Monthly rent statements
✓ Rent reminders and chasing of late rent
✓ Access to rent ledger and payment history
✓ Notification of rent arrears and legal guidance (if required)

Fully Manged

Everything covered, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

This is ideal for busy landlords/investors. This service is Charged at 10% Plus VAT of the monthly rent collected (12% including VAT).

This service includes: All of the items listed in Rent Collection plus below
